The 4th Baler Beginners Surf Cup is slated at the end of Holy Week, April 7 to 9 Saturday to Monday just about the perfect weekend for learning to surfing and actually joining a fun and friendly competition. This event is all about the beginner and so if you haven’t tried surfing but been wanting to try, this is perfect time for you to surf.
